OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Easi Breezi. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Easi Breezi. Easi Breezi offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing an Easi Breezi filtration unit, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - SCOPE OF FILTRATION & SAFETY WARNINGS

1.1 Particulate vs. Gaseous Filtration: Easi Breezi units utilize HEPA-rated media designed specifically to filter Particulate Matter (PM) such as PM 2.5, dust, pollen, and solid soot particles. Easi Breezi is NOT a gas mask or a chemical respirator. It is not designed to, and will not, filter out gaseous pollutants, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, or toxic chemical vapors.

1.2 Environmental Limitations: Our products must NOT be used in oxygen-deficient atmospheres, in environments containing hazardous industrial fumes, or in any situation designated as "Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health" (IDLH).

1.3 No Medical Claims: Easi Breezi products are for supplemental environmental comfort. They are not certified medical devices and make no claims to prevent, treat, or cure any specific disease or respiratory condition.

1.4 Assumption of Risk: Motorcycling is an inherently dangerous activity. You acknowledge that Easi Breezi is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or fatalities that occur while using our products. It is your responsibility to ensure the device is installed correctly and does not obstruct your vision or operation of the vehicle.

SECTION 2 - HELMET INTEGRITY & INSTALLATION

Installation of Easi Breezi units may require physical modification to your helmet or its accessories. Easi Breezi is not responsible for any damage to your helmet, nor for any reduction in the structural integrity, safety ratings (e.g., DOT, ECE, SNELL), or warranty of your helmet resulting from the installation or use of our products. Users install and use the device at their own risk.

SECTION 3 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

SECTION 6 - LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY

We warrant that the hardware components of the Easi Breezi unit will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of [e.g., 90 Days] from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Filter saturation or normal expiration of consumable filter media.
  • Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or improper installation.
  • Units that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized parties.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name Easi Breezi, our logo, website content, and the proprietary design of our filtration units are the exclusive property of Easi Breezi. You are prohibited from reverse-engineering the hardware or reproducing our brand assets without written consent.

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. In no case shall Easi Breezi, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, personal injury, respiratory distress, or death—arising from your use of our products. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge the specific filtration limitations (Particulate vs. Gas) outlined in Section 1 and agree to hold Easi Breezi harmless for any misuse of the product in environments it was not designed for.

SECTION 9 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Easi Breezi and our affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
