At Easi Breezi, we design every product with one goal: to make your ride cooler, cleaner, and more comfortable. We take great pride in the quality of our helmet ventilation and filtration systems, and we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, this policy outlines clearly how we can help.
The Short Version
We offer a full refund on any Easi Breezi product returned to us unused and in its original, unopened packaging within the eligible return window. Straightforward, no fuss.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet all of the following conditions.
Returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.
Completely unopened. The product packaging must be fully intact. Any broken seals, removed stickers, or opened boxes will void eligibility.
In original packaging. All original packaging, inserts, accessories, and documentation must be included and undamaged.
Unused and uninstalled. The product must show no signs of use, installation, or wear of any kind.
Items not eligible for return include opened products, used filters, items with damaged packaging, or anything purchased during a final sale.
We inspect all returned items upon receipt. If a return does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you at your cost.
2. How to Request a Return
Step 1 — Contact us first. Email us at support@easibreezi.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a brief description of the item's condition. Please do not ship anything back without first receiving confirmation from our team.
Step 2 — Receive your return authorisation. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number along with return instructions.
Step 3 — Pack and ship your item. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your authorisation email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Step 4 — Receive your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return — typically within 3 to 5 business days — we will process your refund. Please allow a further 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Easi Breezi is not liable for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. We take product quality seriously, and every report helps us improve. We'll do everything we can to make it right, quickly.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply return your eligible item for a refund following the process above, then place a new order for the item you need. Not sure which product is right for you? Reach out before purchasing — we're happy to help.
6. Changes to This Policy
Easi Breezi reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website or products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
